POLICY
Doors open 15 minutes before class and lock when class starts. We do this for several reasons: each individual’s experience is important and we work to provide the least amount of distractions as possible. The studio is heated and especially during the cold months, the door opening and closing throughout the class will bring in cold air. The studio is dark, so as to keep the individual’s practice internal, opening and closing the door brings in noise and light – which we reduce to create a meditative experience for each individual.
